3. Acceptable Use

Upload images of individuals who have not consented to the creation of such content
Upload, process, or generate any content depicting minors in any sexual context
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
Upload images of real identifiable persons without their explicit consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service at scale
Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or access controls
Distribute generated content in ways that violate applicable laws
Use the Service for commercial resale of generated outputs without a separate commercial license

4. Content Policy

Zero tolerance: Any attempt to generate content depicting minors will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Generated content is intended for personal use only. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, and distribute any content generated through the Service. We are not responsible for misuse of generated outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying AI models, is the intellectual property of cumface-generator.adult. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.

Content generated through the Service using your uploaded photos is owned by you, subject to these Terms. You grant us no rights to your generated content beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the stated rate. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or force majeure events may affect service availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cumface-generator.adult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cumface-generator.adult, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
