1. Who We Are

cumface-generator.adult ("we", "us", "our") operates the AI image and video generation service available at cumface-generator.adult. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the service:

Uploaded photos: Photos you submit for processing are held in memory during generation only and deleted immediately upon completion. They are never written to permanent storage.
Session tokens: Anonymous temporary tokens are generated to track free-tier usage limits. These expire within 24 hours and contain no personal identifiers.
Technical logs: Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, response codes) are retained for up to 7 days for security purposes, then automatically deleted.
Premium billing: If you subscribe to Premium, your email address and payment information are collected via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store payment card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Photo Processing and Deletion

Zero retention policy: Your uploaded photo is loaded into memory, processed by the AI model, and immediately deleted when the generation result is returned. There is no photo database, no history, and no connection between your photo and your session after processing.

Generated output images are temporarily available for download for up to 30 minutes via a secure URL, after which they are also deleted from our servers.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal, functional cookies only:

Session cookie: An anonymous token to track free-tier usage within your browser session.
Preference cookie: Stores your last selected mode to improve usability.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or analytics services that identify individual users.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Stripe: Payment processing for Premium subscriptions. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata per their Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Uploaded photos are processed in isolated memory containers. Access to server infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Age Restrictions

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to our service, contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your personal data
Object to processing of your personal data
Data portability

Since we retain minimal personal data and photos are deleted immediately, most requests can be fulfilled by confirming no data exists. For Premium users, contact us to request account deletion and removal of billing records.

Uploaded photos: Deleted immediately after generation (typically under 30 seconds)
Generated outputs: Deleted within 30 minutes of creation
Session tokens: Expire after 24 hours
Server logs: Deleted after 7 days
Premium account email: Retained while subscription is active, deleted within 30 days of cancellation

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
